Moving homes is a stressful activity. The best thing that we did was select Midland Moves to help us. Andy and his friendly, professional and efficient team have been amazing. Everything was explained clearly throughout. They said what they would do and, more importantly, did what they said. Andy made sure he put my mind at ease when getting hold of the keys was delayed until after 4pm. Not once did I hear them complain. His team worked until late and then even came back the next day to build up wardrobes and position them to complete the job (a round trip of over 100 miles). This is what you call service beyond expectations. I wholeheartedly thank them for their work and recommend them to all.

I am extremely happy with the service provided from Midlands Moves. Absolutely lovely experience and went really smoothly. All my things were taken from point A to B quickly even though there were so many things to move and I was literally at penthouse level of the apartment block. Very friendly and helpful. Totally worth it for the price and have recommended to my friends. Would use this service again over anything else.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueAndy and his team are fantastic. From start to finish the communication was excellent, they explained every step of the service. The team are friendly and easy to get along with. The attention to detail, and care shown to our belongings was astonishing.
The move felt like it was going too smoothly with absolutely no stress. My car battery died as we sat outside the estate agents, while Andy and the team were sat outside my new home. Andy offered to send one of the vans to see if they could get me started. They had access to my new property and started moving in. They had been provided with a rough plan of the rooms and when we arrived at our new home all furniture and boxes were in the right place.
Highly recommend Midlands Moves. Completely took the stress out of the move and felt very comfortable with the professional, friendly team.1

When I started looking for a form to do our move, I wasn’t sure who to trust but I found Andy to be honest, helpful and reliable in my dealings with him
I am hoping I will not be moving again but if I had to I would go with them. They are people that I would recommend and cannot speak highly enough about them- they turned the hassle of moving into a great experience. Thank you all, God bless you!1

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI have been in contact with Andy, from the beggining he was nice, polite, extremely patient and helpful. Lost the time to explain absolutely everything to me, kept in constant contact with very informative.
On the day of moving, the guys arrived earlier which was awesome, they were respectuful, polite, really nice and again explain absolutely everything, kept me involve and made the move so much fun,specially doing alone with dogs, they were able to take all the stress out of the situation and make it fast and, safe.
I not only recommend as me, Hazel and max will use them in every situation we can.

They carried my 17’ oak table out and over the terrace wall with teamwork and worked through everything without any problems, nothing was too much trouble. They made what could have been a very stressful experience into a lighthearted day. My family and I highly recommend them, we had fun with them here and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.1
